About This Event
You ask AI for three architecture options. It gives you the same idea three times.

You refine the prompt. Add more context. Ask again.

The answer gets longer. The decision gets no clearer.

It overlooks a constraint. Assumes something your codebase doesn’t support. Recommends a design without explaining the trade-offs that matter to your team.

You’re spending more time correcting the conversation than moving the design forward.

Your current workflow may be getting less from AI than it can offer.

The context you provide, the way you structure the work and how you challenge the output all influence the results.

Learn how to bring those pieces together in AI-Augmented Architecture & Solution Design, a three-hour practical session with Developers Hub.

Give AI a real problem. Learn how to guide it towards a useful design.

Follow a practical walkthrough using an existing codebase and a business brief. See how architecture options emerge, how recommendations are challenged, and why an experienced practitioner accepts, revises or rejects them.

You’ll follow The Loop: Context → Plan → Build & Verify → Learn.

01 · CONTEXT: Make AI work from evidence

Ground AI in the system you actually have: its code, dependencies, business requirements and constraints. Learn to distinguish verified facts from assumptions before they shape the design.

02 · PLAN: Push beyond the first plausible answer

Explore meaningfully different solution options. Compare them against delivery effort, maintainability, operational complexity and migration risk. Give your team a clearer basis for choosing.

03 · BUILD & VERIFY: Make the recommendation reviewable

See how C4 diagrams and Architecture Decision Records capture the proposed design and its reasoning. Check whether the recommendation holds up against the codebase and requirements.

04 · LEARN: Make the next iteration more useful

Capture what was accepted, what changed and why. Use those findings to improve the context for the next round of work.

Learn with Nasrul Hazim

Nasrul Hazim is a Solution Architect, Software Engineer and Trainer, and the founder of Cleanique Coders. He brings over a decade of Laravel experience, working with teams across government, fintech and startups. He created Nadi, an observability platform for Laravel, WordPress and PHP applications, and maintains open-source packages alongside hands-on developer training.

The AI-augmented design discipline draws on work across 60+ production repositories.

Throughout the walkthrough, pay attention to the decisions behind the output: which questions uncover missing context, when to push for another option, and what evidence is needed before a recommendation deserves your confidence.

Take a repeatable approach back to your team

Leave with a clearer method for guiding AI through architecture work, recognising weak recommendations and explaining the reasoning behind your choices.

Apply it to conversations about an unfamiliar codebase, a proposed feature, a migration or a system redesign.

A small group. More room for your questions.

Limited to 10 team passes, with up to 30 participants in total. The group is kept small so you can follow the walkthrough closely, ask questions as the design develops and get clearer explanations of the decisions being made.

Bring the people who make those decisions with you

This session is for senior engineers, tech leads, solution architects and technical decision-makers.

Bring a colleague who challenges your designs, a lead who owns delivery, or an engineer who will implement the solution. Learn the method together and continue the conversation after the session.

RM300 total for up to 3 people.

You + up to 2 guests. No extra ticket fees.
With three attendees, that’s RM100 per person.
